I haven’t posted my recipe for red beans and rice yet, but I swear I will! I’ve been pretty busy today and I need to work on my synopsis for my novel 😦

Food

  • Meal 1 – 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon
  • Meal 2 – Tofu Korma Curry
  • Meal 3 – Cauliflower rice and Red beans and rice, romaine lettuce and garlic aioli
  • Meal 4 – Sugar-free lemon mousse
  • Summary
    • Carbs – 17%
    • Fat – 67%
    • Protein – 16%

Workout

  • 45-minutes of Yoga
  • Superset 1 (4 sets)
    • 25lb x 10 reps Standing dumbbell triceps extensions
    • 15lb x 10 reps Dumbbell bicep curl
    • 10lb x 10 reps Lat squeezes
  • Superset 2 (3 sets)
    • 95lbs x 5 reps Romanian deadlift
    • 50lbs x 10 reps Seated cable row
  • Superset 3 (3 sets)
    • 45lb x 5 (increase 10 pounds after each set) Clean and Press
    • 10 bodyweight squat
