So…small problem with keto, for someone like me, who enjoys baking and cooking and trying a variety of things this is not something that I could do stringently. Not to mention that I travel fairly regularly…and the whole point of the travel is to try new things. That being said I am going to try to live 80-90% of my life in this fashion.
- Meal 1 – 2 eggs fried, 2 turkey sausage
- Meal 2 – Pulled pork (dry rub), 1/2 a sandwich bread, mayo
- Meal 3 – Fried chicken breast, french fries
- Meal 4 – Lemon mousse
- Carbs – 24%
- Fat – 57%
- Protein – 19%
- No workout today, tomorrow!
